Table location/set-up: All businesses will receive 1 or 2 8’ long tables and 2 – 4 folding chairs based upon registration level.
Set up: Spring fair employer set up is available the afternoon of April 15th, and starting at 7am on the morning of April 16th. Fall fair set up is available the morning of the fair.
Food/drink: vendors will be onsite throughout the day and available to all attendees for breakfast/lunch/coffee/beverage purchases.
Parking: Businesses can park along the west side of the Trade Center building and in the greater parking lot. Note that for the spring job fair, parking along the east fence, back of the Trade Center, and a section of the greater parking lot is restricted in the morning due to students entering the building/bus parking. Parking in front/immediately adjacent to the front of the building is reserved for handicapped parking.
Temperature: The Trade Center does not feature air conditioning. Especially for the fall fair, monitor the weather and if it’s predicted to be a warmer/hot day, consider wearing lighter-weight attire and, if your booth has reserved electric, bringing a fan (or bringing a battery operated fan). Building ceiling fans can be restricted from operating due to electrical drops.
