Workforce Readiness & Digital Skills Training
Upskill Flathead is a workforce readiness and digital skills training initiative spearheaded by A Ray of Hope along with partners Express Employment Professionals, Flathead Valley Community College, Northwest Montana United Way, Job Service Kalispell, Discover Kalispell Chamber and WorkForce Flathead.
The initiative aims to equip learners with essential skills, communication and professional skills, and basic computer skills that job seekers need to secure and succeed in a job.
Upskill Flathead will be hosting a series of hands-on computer and essential job skills training courses starting in February 2026. Classes will be held at the Northwest Montana United Way Community Center room.
Classes are free to attend.
